2025 marks my 15th year as an HBDI®-certified practitioner, a journey that includes over 200 individual profiles and 600+ hours of debriefing. I’ve led more than 30 team profile sessions,
transforming groups ranging from 10 to 80 participants through 1- to 3-day immersive leadership programs. This experience has shown me the power of diverse
thinking and the transformative potential of honoring every perspective.
This manifesto calls us to embrace all thinking preferences to unlock richer insights, stronger relationships, and transformative solutions. In 2025, we approach every challenge with openness,
empathy, and innovation to build a world where every voice contributes to a brighter, balanced future.
