Aaliyah Hoppema takes silver for the Netherlands at the World Championships in Colorado!

She is just 17 and is already showing that she can compete with the world's best. In the final, her opponent from India was just a little stronger.
Tara Vogels (18) also represented the Netherlands at the prestigious World Boxing tournament and lost to the eventual finalist.

After the World Championships, leaders from all over the world gathered for the second Congress of World Boxing.

What started two years ago as a mission of 5 countries (including the Netherlands), has grown into a world organization of 55 countries spread over all continents.

And the number of members is growing exponentially.
