"HISTORY IN THE MAKING"

First of all, I would like to share with you that we have joined Ron de Gruyter of www.dgvgroup.com our team. 

He helps us with the development (design, contractor negotiations, material selection, construction preparation, budget, planning) of WakahChan. 

I have to say: really an enrichment and a lot of fun. Ron has more than 35 years of experience in the realization of international real estate projects and has created very cool projects all over the world, including in Mexico. 

He was in Playa del Carmen this week and we're going like crazy! His son was also along to learn and came up with beautiful, innovative insights. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree ;)

Here we sit at the drawing board together with architect Sergio Segura of www.seguraarquitectos.com. He showed his hand-drawn design of the map of WakahChan. 

Goose bumps! It's really cool how he manages to translate the vision on paper: a piece of art. 

We're going to fine-tune it and share more. In the picture you can see a sneak preview. He has listened carefully to all the elements that we would like to incorporate into the design. 

I can already see myself walking all the way through it :) We are going to divide the project into 4 phases. The 3 types of houses are also almost finished. Exciting! More coming soon!
