If you don't want to get sick. Talk about your feelings.
If you don't want to get sick, talk about your feelings.
Emotions and feelings that are hidden, suppressed, end up in diseases such as: gastritis, stomach ulcer, back pain, back pain. Eventually, the suppression of feelings degenerates into cancer. So, let's open up, share trust, our intimacy, our "secrets", our mistakes... Dialogue, talking, speech, is a powerful remedy and excellent therapy!.
Make decisions.
The indecisive person continues to doubt, in fear, in distress. Indecisiveness accumulates problems, worries, aggressions. Human history is made up of choices. To decide, you need to know how to give up, how to lose benefits, and gain others. Indecisive people are victims of nervous diseases, stomach and skin problems.
Look for solutions.
Negative people don't get solutions and magnify problems. They prefer to complain, mumble, pessimism. It is better to light a match than to lament the darkness. A bee is small, but it is the sweetest thing ever. We are what we think we are. Negative thinking generates negative energy that transforms into disease.
Don't live by appearance. Those who hide reality, pretend, give the impression of being good, want to show themselves perfectly, handsome, etc... and piles up tons of weight.... A bronze statue with mud feet. Nothing worse for health than living on appearance.
Accept yourself
The rejection of oneself, the absence of self-worth, makes us alien to ourselves. Being yourself is at the heart of healthy living. Those who don't accept themselves are jealous, copycats, competitive, destructive. Accepting yourself, accepting to be accepted, accepting criticism, is wisdom, common sense, and therapy.
Trust
Those who do not trust, do not communicate, do not open up, do not relate, do not create stable and deep relationships, do not know how to make real friendships.
Without trust, there is no relationship. Distrust is a lack of trust in yourself, others, and God.
Don't live sad forever.
Good humor, laughter, peace, fun, restore health and bring longevity. The cheerful person has the gift of brightening up the environment where he lives.
"Good humor saves us from the doctor's hands." Joy is health and therapy.
All your heart
