Monday Master Blog: Are You Ignoring Your Health?
I recently spoke with a client whose doctor told him he had high blood pressure.
One of the first questions the doctor asked was, “Do you do strength training ?”
I was pleasantly surprised that the doctor mentioned strength training.
For a long time, this form of exercise was mainly associated with bodybuilding, which led to the many other health benefits being underestimated.

– Do I exercise regularly?
– How active am I during the day?
– Am I getting enough sleep?
– How often do I drink alcohol?
Answer these questions honestly, and you will get a clear picture of your lifestyle. But don't worry, it's never too late to start.
By prioritizing our health and taking care of ourselves, we avoid having to constantly fight symptoms. Small changes today can make a world of difference tomorrow!
