Monday Master Blog: Want Results?
So stop waiting for the perfect moment and start now!
How many times have we said:
– “I'll start when I'm less busy.”
– “I'll start when I finish this project.”
– “I'll start when I'm ready.”
I used to think I had to wait for the perfect moment. I planned every detail and convinced myself that I would succeed once everything was just right.
But I kept waiting for everything to be perfect before I started. The problem? That moment never came, and it never will.
But you know what's great? If you start now, even in the busiest times, you'll learn how to stay committed in the hardest moments, and everything will only get easier after that.
In reality, there is no such thing as the perfect moment. If we wait for that perfect moment, we are only delaying our goals.
What really makes the difference is not perfectionism, but consistency. And when I say consistency, I mean things like:
At least one training session per week, even on a busy week (better than no training at all).
Eating a healthy breakfast when you know lunch might be less healthy (better than skipping a healthy meal altogether).
Consistency also means showing up for a workout even when you’re tired, or going for a walk even when you’d rather be on the couch. That’s what consistency is all about.
I'm not saying it's easy. It definitely takes effort and discipline. But most importantly, it's necessary for your mental and physical health.
So stop waiting for the perfect moment, create a path, and start walking today.
