A very fruitful Town Hall meeting with the WORLD BOXING family

Yesterday was a very fruitful Town Hall meeting with the WORLD BOXING family: our team and the representatives of the National Federations, who have already made decisions to save the Olympic dreams of their boxers.

During almost two hours of productive online meeting, we discussed many important topics, including:

⏺️ The CAS decision about rejecting IBA's appeal;
⏺️ Our roadmap for future recognition as an International Federation, which will keep boxing at the heart of the Olympic Games;
⏺️ The achievements and future plans of the medical commission;
⏺️ Competition Rules, Competition Calendar, Transfer of certification for Technical Officials;
⏺️ The current World Boxing financial situation and our next steps in it;
⏺️ And many others.

I want to thank everyone who was with us last night. This meeting gave me even more confidence that everyone in World Boxing has a very strong vision about the future of our sport. And this vision is based on our common goal to keep boxing in the Olympics together.
