Time to Pause, Think, and Evolve
Time to Pause, Think, and Evolve
Q1 is behind us. The world feels... complex. Markets shift. Strategies wobble. Predictions? Let’s be hTime to Pause, Think, and Evolveonest, they don’t hold for long anymore. So I did something unexpected: I paused. I adjust my focus and did not stay inactive if I look I the amount of people I talk to.
For two weeks, I stepped away from my regular Monday rhythm—no Top Voice comments, no Playbook drops.
Did I stop working? Not even close. I simply shifted focus.
I focused on legacy. I focused on what matters most. My daughters.
Both will graduate from University of St Andrews with master—after already earning her UCL diploma last year and the second one from University of Sussex. Watching them evolve, grow, and fly fills me with more pride than any KPI ever could.
💗 Yes, that’s me in the picture—wearing a pink University of St Andrews sweater under the Scottish sun, saluting the moment, the milestone, and yes… driving on the wrong side of the road to get there. Thanks Amandine Baudais Baconnet.
And meanwhile, I was:
✅ Coaching in Germany — SNCF Voyageurs time to rethink the customer journey
✅ Shaping a new strategic project — more on that soon
✅ Reflecting on how to shift momentum without losing consistency
You see, evolving doesn’t mean changing who you are.
It means realigning what drives you.
And sometimes, the pause is part of the performance.
I’m back now. Not with the same rhythm. But with more clarity.
🔄 My posts will evolve, just like we all should.
I’ll keep showing up—with sharp thoughts on sales, leadership, coaching, and performance.
But expect a deeper tone. A more intentional beat.
Because when you coach others to grow, you must grow yourself.
👉 So here’s a question for you:
What have you paused lately—not because you gave up, but because you decided to grow stronger?
And... bonus point if you ever wore a bold color to celebrate someone you love—what was it, and who was it for?
