Who are we?
Enforce High-End Training & Coaching is a fast-growing franchise formula in Personal Training & Small Group Training with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and soon Spain. 

Our head office (Enforce International) is located in Breda, the Netherlands.

Who are we looking for?
A leader with experience in the sports industry or a strong ambition to be active in it. Someone who takes the lead and can further professionalize our foundation. A person who is driven by honesty, ambition and passion.

Job requirements:
- At least HBO working and thinking level in a relevant direction.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
- Affinity with the fitness market or sports in general.

What are you going to do?
In your role as operational manager, you will be responsible for the ins and outs of Enforce's day-to-day operations. Basically, you ensure that we achieve our operational goals. 

You are the driving force behind the day-to-day operational activities within our company and you are constantly looking for ways to improve processes. 

You ensure that our business processes run smoothly, deadlines are met and our customers are satisfied. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
