In 2022, I had metastasized

Sunburn in particular is a major risk, especially if it occurs before the age of 20, it causes many harmful effects.
Skin type also plays a role, people with a light skin type are at increased risk.
In about 10% of the cases, there seems to be a hereditary predisposition.
It is therefore important to use the sun wisely.
So don't sunbathe extensively between 12:00 and 15:00.

-A lunchtime walk of 15 to 30 minutes is healthy for the production of sufficient vitamin D.

-Find the shade in time, so your skin absorbs less UV radiation.

-But just as important, pay close attention to the sun's strength.

-Happy holidays everyone and apply sunscreen to yourself and your loved ones.

Enjoy the sun but don't challenge it, it's stronger than you think...
