Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the beautiful boxing event in Utrecht.

Hosted at the open-air BetCity Arena, which was constructed specially for the event in the center of the city, the event featured a mix of Olympic-style boxing matchups between

the Netherlands and Germany, as well as pro-boxing fights, headlined by Dutch rising star Gradus Kraus.

It was a great opportunity to meet both the Dutch and German teams — including 2024 U19 World Boxing Championships silver

medalist Alliyah Hoppema, Secretary General of the Deutscher Boxsport-Verband e.V. Michael Müller,

President of the Nederlandse Boksbond Len Huard, and many others.

My gratitude to the Dutch Boxing Association, Next Generation Warriors, Exceed Boxing and Sportworx for delivering a top-class boxing experience — for the boxers, the fans, and everyone involved.
