Introduction
Charline recently started as an entrepreneur as business coach and consultant. Her experience over the past 7 years as a CEO has inspired her to establish her own venture to share her passion and dedication for entrepreneurship, the development of human capital within organizations, as well as personal growth and creating added value with other entrepreneurs and businesses.
Early life and education
Charline grew up in Belgian Kempen and finished her high school there. Afterwards she went to college in Brussels, studying 'hotelmanagement'. This gave her the opportunity to do internships abroad in United Kingdom and France, learning in 5-star hotels, restaurants & bars what 'hospitality' meant and how you created this energy and feeling for your guests.
Career trajectory
Charline started her career abroad in hotel business in South of France. After she moved back to Belgium to continue her career in the hotel sector in Brussels. Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport offered her many opportunities where she developed her career from Sales Coordinator to Director of Business Development. At a young age she started managing sales teams.
IWG (Regus) was her next step which started by managing 12 locations in Brussels, reporting to the Country Manager. Due to growth of IWG and local successes thanks to her management style and having built a strong performing team, she grew to Area Director of Belgium managing all locations in Belgium.
Frame21 (Heylen Group holding) came along and offered the opportunity to lead this company towards a new vision and future.
Revising the company's strategy, culture, and vision, overseeing the daily financial and operational management of various entities, managing different teams, and developing the company, it was 'never a dull moment'!
Legacy and future
Charline wants to build her business SEED to a solid healthy company supporting entrepreneurs and organizations in developing their vision and strategy, improving business efficiency and processes, and collectively achieving objectives by actively involving employees in this process.
