Elles van Gestel Founder VP Solutions 

Living in Oegstgeest at the waterfront is one of the results of living from a freedom thought. As a pysychologist I work every day with people who are facing challenges in life, and moving them towards their (as free as possible) goals in life is a great thing to do!  

Being born in Brabant as youngest of three, I enjoyed a great childhood in freedom. This freedom is one of my guidelines in life. Studies in Rotterdam, where I learned the no-nonsense mentality of work hard, play hard. First workexperience in banking was not a sustainable career choice, and after years abroad in Warsaw and Budapest and finishing mu study as psychologist I followed my heart and became focussed on human behaviour and life coaching which resulted in 2007 in the founding of VPSolutions.

With the fouding of VPSolutions I combined passion in human behaviour and making people move towards their goal in life and work. VP is a unique and inventive agency in career guidance and coaching for companies and private individuals. We work from the belief that with more personal attention people can really achieve their full potential in their life and work (balance). This search is unique in all cases and is not visible in standard programs. With each client we look at what is needed to achieve a successful transition. 

We are simply very good at that. It is our philosophy that the service should not only be results-oriented and functional, but at the same time vital and inspiring. This means that it not only has a short-term objective, in finding another job (internal or external), but also contributes to your personal development in the long term. A new thing we added to our portfolio is making podcast (#ikpodcast) which is lots of fun and will be something we will continue doing in the coming year!
