I am a passionate, empathetic, dynamic and business-minded international HR business partner and entrepreneur committed to empowering people and organisations to achieve positive and sustainable results.

I was born in Venezuela and spent the first years of my life in South America. At the age of 8, we moved to the United States where I completed my education and earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Florida International University. After my first professional experiences in Miami, Florida, I moved to Europe where I was able to balance my professional and personal ambitions.

I started my career in the transportation industry in the US and Europe in sales and marketing. During my time at FedEx, I was part of the sales learning and development team and focused on developing and coaching sales teams and leaders. During my time at Goodyear, I was fortunate to have a mentor who recognised the impact I could have as an HR professional by connecting and partnering with the business and humanising the company's goals. I am a systems thinker and started at BMS applying OD principles to business transformation and change initiatives while building a new L&OD Centre of Excellence for Europe. At Bacardi, I worked extensively on culture and sales effectiveness projects that improved engagement and transformed business results. In 2019, I founded my own consultancy, The Catalyst, which supports organisations in three main areas: Talent Management, Culture and HR Strategy and Planning. During my time at Netflix, I led a project to expand HR support for independent production companies across Europe, empowering production leadership to create a safe, inclusive and respectful production experience and be the studio and partner of choice for the best talent in the industry.

I want to leave the world, or more precisely my immediate environment in which I can make a difference, in a better state than I found it. I believe in the power of companies to have a positive impact on society and to give people the space to do their lives best work.
