A new journey per September 1 2021. As head of Business development of the famous museum Mauritshuis in the Hague i am passionate to co-develop new partnerships, support current and increase audience development.
Till August 2021 I was part of EY global Consulting team to strengthen the consulting brand. I had several responsibilities within the broader Brand Marketing and Communication team as we work agile. I love to co-create and work on brand strategy topics as well developing event formats, sponsorship strategies, creating client case studies to position Consulting at EY as a Tech and Transformation leader.
From June 2017 till end of 2018 I rolled out the Brand, Marketing & Communications for EY wavespace, a global network of growth and innovation centers to help clients navigate the transformative age (ey.com/wavespace).
I have created over the years a strong track record as an expert in the field of brand activation, sponsoring strategy, relationship marketing and internal engagement. I have experience in developing brand campaigns and in paid/owned/earned (including commercial P.R) media deals and driving marketing programs that support go to market activities.
I am proud of an Corporate Responsibility initiative I launched in 2016, the Olympic Legacy Volunteer project, a program run by a team of Belgium & Dutch people together with CR & BMC EY Americas and EY Brazil Advisory to bring our purpose alive by connecting 25 EY people from 8 countries to 6 NGO’s in Rio to help them with our knowledge.
I am known for being a passionate driver, for building bridges and bringing people with different backgrounds and experiences together. I would consider myself as a relation builder at any level, being energetic and inspiring, having a vision and strategic overview but also being pragmatic with a hands-on mentality. From a reputation as well as business view I consider daily what is good.
Most important to say is that I love to work and to connect with people to strive for the best results every day internally and externally.

Since 2006 I had been responsible for the deployment of our corporate sponsorships (e.g. NOC*NSF (Olympic & Paralympic TeamNL) ,Rugby Ladies7, KNHB, 1% fairshare, Esther Vergeer Foundation, NLcoach, Marlou van Rhijn etc.). From Strategy to deployment, from international advise within EY for our Rio 2016 local sponsorship to local advise how to integrate our sponsorships into our daily Marketing activities.
One of my first achievements in branding was to introduce ''The coach deserves a medal too'' campaign, since than we claim the coach domain and in 2011 we brought our NOC*NSF sponsorship closer to our business with '' The Coaches of Industry'' campaign which resulted in direct business opportunities.
With our purpose Building a better Working world it is our challenge everyday to unlock this purpose by our sport sponsorships with our domain coaching & vitality. Our vitality program'' Fitforthejob'' was fully connected and integrated to our sponsoring strategy.
