Lidija Poth has traversed a diverse career path, exploring various fields throughout her vibrant life. A passionate coach, she integrates her extensive knowledge to provide optimal support for her clients. Her expertise lies in authenticity, relationships, and executive coaching.

As a young girl, Lidija aspired to be both an architect and a dancer. She studied Architecture (1995-2001) and City Planning (1987-1992) at two different universities. After years spent in various professional roles, she pursued training as a relationship  (2023-2024) in the UK and as a life coach (2023-2024) in the USA. Currently, she is completing her supervision education at the Association for Coaching (2024) in the UK.

Lidija began her career as an architect in Delft (2001-2009). In 2009, she transitioned to teaching architecture, city planning, and real estate at TU Delft, a role she held until 2021. She founded her own company, Poth-Piek Architecten VOF (2010-2022), and served as a board member and initiator of an NGO for youth (2013-2022). Additionally, from 2018 to 2021, she was a board member of an NGO focused on spatial planning and participation. In 2021, she took on a role as a process and program manager for a local government. In 2023, driven by a desire to help others, she established her coaching business, MyLifeCoaching, and also organise retreats in Bali and Croatia.
