Introduction

Paul van Tatenhove, born on Januari 3th, 1976 in the Netherlands and raised in the city Eindhoven, 48 years old, proud father of two beautiful children (Sem and Linn) and more than happily married to their mother Tanja. I work for Defense within the Royal Netherlands Army and in my spare time I participate in the youth training of P.S.V. as a supervisor within the talent program (Youth Scouting Substructure). Also in my spare time I like to exercise at the gym and I enjoy running on mountain bike trails and trail runs. We also think it is important to spend as much time as possible with the family to create beautiful moments together. Life gets a little shorter every day, so we enjoy it to the fullest and ensure that we live our best life with each other and for each other.

The title of my book will be ONE DAY OR DAY ONE and it's going to be an epic journey, exploring the depths and heights of life and how to overcome them.
