My name is Vanessa Lopes dos Santos, 44 years old, and I am an entrepreneur and mother. I am the owner of two companies that reflect my expertise and passion; 
Lashes & Looks, a beauty salon at home where I help clients to improve their appearance and well being. And Elevate by Zoya, a practice where I guide clients through trauma healing using the BRTT/TRB method guiding them to who they are in true essence.

Both companies are focused on providing personalized care and promoting positive change in my clients. Before I started my career in the beauty and wellness sector, I gained experience in Facility services at Erasmus MC, the largest university medical center in the Netherlands. Where, as a junior account manager, I acted as an intermediary between the clinics and the back offices. This role has given me valuable experience in efficiently building bridges, connecting and supporting diverse teams. 

I recently expanded my career with a position as a Sales Agent at Nos Ilhas Real Estate, where I advise and guide customers in finding their ideal home. This has secretly been a dream of mine. This step fits in well with my ambition to help people achieve their dreams, both in terms of personal development and housing needs. With my background in various sectors and my focus on customer-oriented services, I strive to make an impact in everything I do.
