I have sold 2 of my #box3 properties to the BV of my underage son and daughter.
For this (buying) BV I have been able to arrange a high mortgage, with which the BV can buy two new apartments in the city.
In other words, even more rental income!
For my children, I set up a wonderful real estate company. When I am no longer here, they will have the power over it and they can make a good living from it.
