What if introversion is your SUPERPOWER?
What if introversion is your SUPERPOWER?
Extroversion is often seen as the key to success.
We hear everywhere that you have to "speak up", "network" and "communicate" to get ahead. But is that really true? Introversion is not a weakness, but a strategic advantage.
While extroverts thrive on lively conversations and spontaneous ideas, introverts excel in deep reflection, strategic thinking and real listening skills.
Why is extroversion the only way to success?
I don't believe that! Introverts are not 'wallflowers', but strategists.
🔹 Sharp observers - We observe what others miss.
🔹 Deep listeners - We really listen and like to ask lots of open questions - not to react, but to understand.
🔹 Thoughtful decision makers - We don't make hasty decisions, but thoughtful steps with impact.
📢 Why should we give introverts more space? Because they often have great ideas, but not always when an extrovert expects them.
A quiet voice doesn’t mean there’s nothing to say – it means something thoughtful is coming. Hey extroverts, what if you took a step back and asked an introvert an open-ended question?
The most powerful ideas come when extroversion and introversion complement each other.
🎙️Shout-out to the introverts! Let me know your thoughts!
