Simple physics show that a normal electric-powered train (renewable) is much better for the environment...and less expensive. Cargoes of hydrogen are definitely suitable, but powered by hydrogen....a loss of money and energy if you look at green energy (solar/wind/offshore wind/floating wind) in and around NEOM (and Oxtagon).
