2025 marks my 15th year as an HBDIĀ®-certified practitioner, a journey that includes over 200 individual profiles and 600+ hours of debriefing. Iāve led more than 30 team profile sessions, transforming groups ranging from 10 to 80 participants through 1- to 3-day immersive leadership programs. This experience has shown me the power of diverse thinking and the transformative potential of honoring every perspective.
