We look back with great pleasure on the presentation of the Sport Awards Rotterdam 2024 last Friday; an annual sports party that we organize with Rotterdam Topsport, Sportbedrijf Rotterdam and the Municipality of Rotterdam.
Sport is more than just exercise; it connects people, strengthens communities and promotes health. But according to Gert-Jan Lammens, director of Rotterdam Sportsupport, there is still a lack of a clear vision on sports policy in the Netherlands.

We are present in The Hague! Today, the House of Representatives is debating the cuts in sports and exercise announced by the current cabinet. There is a lot at stake about the financial situation of sports clubs and the affordability of sports. We previously published an article about this on our website
Together with partners Sportspullenbank Nederland, FC Straat and the natural sports providers, we organized various sports activities on two playgrounds 🏀🤾🏾 ♀️. Great to see so much energy and enthusiasm!
