The goal is to increase this awareness, and in personal training we pay a lot of attention to this.

The biological clock, also known as the circadian rhythm, is a small area in the middle of your brain. Your clock ensures that all kinds of processes in your body happen at a certain time, such as sleep-wake cycles, hormone production, body temperature, and metabolism. Your biorhythm is disturbed if you sleep too early, too late or at constantly changing times for a long time. Do you ever have trouble getting out of bed in the morning?
You are probably too busy and you don't have time to exercise or you don't like exercise or you don't think exercise is important or โฆโฆ There are many reasons why you might not be taking good care of yourself and not exercising enough. 55-60% of our population does not meet the exercise guidelines and more than 80% also does not have their diet in order. Life is much faster than it used to be; people try to keep up and often forget the importance of getting enough rest. An example I often come across in conversations is that someone exercises and watches their diet, but the results are not there, which leads to frustration. My first question in those situations is: how many hours do you sleep? How do you sleep? And that is where the problem comes in, because people often do not see the importance of sleep and ignore that aspect. Sleep is precisely that element that allows the body to recover, because during sleep the production of growth hormone increases, which directly affects the recovery and growth of muscles. If we do not sleep enough and quality, this can lead to a decrease in muscle mass and an increased risk of injuries.
