2025 marks my 15th year as an HBDI®-certified practitioner, a journey that includes over 200 individual profiles and 600+ hours of debriefing. I’ve led more than 30 team profile sessions, transforming groups ranging from 10 to 80 participants through 1- to 3-day immersive leadership programs. This experience has shown me the power of diverse thinking and the transformative potential of honoring every perspective.

SINGAPORE -- Under a clear blue sky on Oct. 1, a city in China's northeastern municipality of Tianjin launched its first driverless public bus service. Spanning 20 kilometers, the daily network connects 10 stops across residential areas, schools, government offices and tourist attractions.
