Walking through supermarket aisles full of ultra-processed products, I discovered this wise knowledge on the magazine shelf and now I wonder:

When did you take your first step towards your goal? "The first step is always the most important!" This sentence goes exactly to the heart of my mission "Seven Summits for Life".

What are you thinking about today? That we do not forget! On this day, 80 years after the liberation of Auschwitz, I reflect on one of the most tragic events in human history.

While the richest people in the world count their wealth in billions, the question arises for me: when are you counted out and do you have enough to be satisfied?

Let's end the year with dignity and give for the life of another! Thank you!

Make it a party tomorrow, also for those who are always there for us. As the new year approaches and we close the old year festively, it is important to also reflect on our care providers.

The silent enemy on our plates. Did you know that an average can of soda contains no less than nine sugar cubes? Sugar is not only a sweetener, but also a growing threat to our health.

Rodin's Thinker.... In the midst of the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, Rodin's "The Thinker" is for me the symbol of reflection and vision. In a world full of stimuli, we often forget the value of reflection. What if we paused for a moment to explore our thoughts?

Stem cell donors are people who, through their willingness to donate, offer hope to patients with life-threatening diseases such as leukemia and other blood diseases. In this week, we want to call on everyone to think about the importance of stem cell transplants and the role you can play. It's an opportunity to raise awareness and spread the message that every donor counts.
